Products are offered through the Private Ordering provisions of the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO). Azureau Wines & Spirits acts as a representative and intermediary in facilitating transactions.

  • LCBO considers customers as its direct purchasers.
  • Azureau Wines & Spirits assists manufacturers and facilitates transactions.
  • Wine prices include LCBO sale price, markups, discounts, and service fees.
  • Products remain in LCBO consignment warehouses until ordered.

User Obligations

You agree to comply with all applicable laws relating to the purchase and use of alcohol.

  • Do not purchase alcohol for underage individuals.
  • Do not access restricted areas of the Website.
  • Do not tamper with systems or security features.
  • Do not frame or link the Website without written permission.
  • Alcohol shipments outside Ontario are prohibited.

The Sale of Alcoholic Beverages

Azureau Wines & Spirits does not process alcohol sales for individuals under the age of 19.

  • The recipient of deliveries is also 19 years of age or older.
  • Proof of age may be requested at delivery.
