Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and applicable regulations, returns and exchanges are subject to specific conditions.

  • Products may only be eligible for return if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase and photographic evidence may be required for review.
  • Items must remain unopened and in their original packaging where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be considered only when an item is received damaged or when an incorrect product has been delivered.

All exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and approval is subject to product availability and applicable regulations.

Non-Returnable Items

The following products are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened bottles or used products
  • Products purchased during promotions or clearance sales
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Requests submitted outside the reporting period

Refund Process

If your return request is approved, refunds may be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow processing time depending on your financial institution and payment provider.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before processing or shipment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipping stages, cancellation requests may not be possible.
