Azureau is committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently throughout Ontario while ensuring compliance with provincial regulations.

Where We Deliver

Azureau currently delivers across the province of Ontario. At this time, we do not service other provinces or territories.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Greater Toronto Area: 3–5 business days
  • Ottawa, London, Barrie, Kitchener-Waterloo, St. Catherine’s: 5–7 business days
  • Other Ontario Areas: 7–10 business days

What We Deliver

All products listed on Azureau.com are available in stated case volumes, typically containing 6 or 12 bottles.

  • Mixed cases are sold on an “as-is” basis
  • No substitutions are permitted
  • Products sold through LCBO may include applicable handling fees
  • Minimum order requirement is one full case

How We Deliver

Azureau works exclusively with professional couriers experienced in handling alcoholic beverages.

Products are delivered in original packaging, and mixed cases are secured using protective, drop-resistant materials to ensure safe delivery.

Please note:

  • Recipients must be at least 19 years of age
  • Recipients must not appear intoxicated
  • Government-issued identification may be requested
  • A signed delivery confirmation may be required

Delivery Charges

  • Orders over $300 before tax qualify for free shipping
  • Office pickup is free of charge
  • Please allow approximately 3 days for pickup preparation
  • Standard shipping rate: $25

For northern and rural areas within Ontario, delivery fees may vary based on courier service rates at the time of shipping.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to help.

  • Unopened bottles may be returned
  • Products may be exchanged for another wine selection
  • Store credit options are available
  • Pickup for approved returns is provided at no additional charge

Damaged Items & Missed Deliveries

If any item arrives damaged, please contact us with photographs of the damaged product and packaging.

Customers may choose:

  • Replacement of damaged bottles
  • Replacement of the full case

Our delivery drivers attempt to contact customers before delivery. If delivery is missed, another attempt may be scheduled during the next available route.

If you would like your order left in a secure location such as a concierge desk or designated safe area, please include delivery instructions when placing your order.
