Agur Winery is dedicated to crafting expressive, small-batch wines that reflect the individuality of each vineyard site. Guided by a philosophy of minimal intervention and respect for nature, every bottle is created to capture the authentic character of the Judean Hills.

Nestled near the Elah Valley in the Judean Hills, Agur's vineyards benefit from limestone-rich soils, warm Mediterranean days, cool mountain nights, and varied elevations. Grapes are sourced from Mata, Ein Kerem, and Givat Yeshayahu, producing wines with freshness, elegance, and a distinctive sense of place.

Founded in 1999 by Shuki Yashuv, Agur Winery is a boutique producer recognized as one of the pioneers of the Judean Hills wine region. Today, the winery blends craftsmanship, creativity, and a deep connection to its surroundings, producing limited-production wines that showcase the diversity and beauty of Israel's vineyards.
