Avallen was created to produce exceptional Calvados while proving that great spirits can have a positive impact on the planet. Every bottle is crafted using traditional Norman methods, with sustainability, biodiversity, and transparency guiding every step from orchard to bottle.

Terroir

Avallen is produced in the orchards of Normandy, sourcing apples from more than 200 traditional orchards located within 30 km of the distillery. The region's cool maritime climate, diverse cider apple varieties, and generations of Calvados expertise create a spirit celebrated for its crisp apple character, floral elegance, and natural complexity.
