Headquartered in the Hunter Valley, New South Wales, Pepper Tree Wines draws on vineyards across several renowned Australian wine regions, including the Hunter Valley, Orange, Coonawarra, and Wrattonbully. The Hunter Valley's warm, humid climate and varied alluvial and clay-based soils are particularly suited to Semillon and Shiraz. Orange's elevated vineyards offer cooler growing conditions, encouraging vibrant acidity and aromatic complexity, while the limestone-rich soils and maritime influences of Coonawarra and Wrattonbully contribute structure and depth to Cabernet Sauvignon and other red varieties. This diversity of terroirs allows Pepper Tree Wines to produce a distinctive portfolio that reflects the character of each individual vineyard.
