Favignana, the largest of Sicily's Egadi Islands, offers a remarkable Mediterranean environment shaped by sea breezes, abundant sunshine, and more than 600 native plant species. The gin is crafted with twelve Italian botanicals - many grown or hand-harvested on the island—including Roman chamomile, helichrysum, myrtle, rosemary, verbena, and wild mint, creating a fresh, aromatic spirit with a true sense of place.

Founded in 2021, Isola di Favignana is a premium Italian gin producer dedicated to showcasing the natural beauty and cultural heritage of Favignana. Every bottle is inspired by the island's rich biodiversity and produced using traditional London Dry methods with modern vacuum distillation.
