Terroir

Cantina Tollo's vineyards extend across approximately 2,500 hectares between the Adriatic Sea and the foothills of the Majella Mountains. A Mediterranean climate, significant day-to-night temperature variation, and a mix of clay, limestone, and sandy soils create ideal conditions for native varieties such as Montepulciano, Pecorino, Passerina, and Trebbiano, producing wines with freshness, balance, and remarkable regional character.
