Each bottle reflects the family's passion for quality, tradition, and the distinctive identity of western Sicily.

Terroir

Located in Marsala, western Sicily, Caruso & Minini's vineyards benefit from a Mediterranean climate characterized by abundant sunshine, cooling sea breezes, and significant temperature variations. The vineyards extend across the hills of the Trapani province, where diverse clay, limestone, and mineral-rich soils create ideal conditions for native varieties such as Grillo, Catarratto, Nero d'Avola, and Perricone. These distinctive growing conditions produce wines with vibrant aromatics, balanced acidity, and remarkable Mediterranean character.
