Godello, a main indigenous white grape in Bierzo, was hand-picked from old bush vines located on sloped vineyards with clay and slate soil.
The grapes were cold macerated for 8 hours and fermented in stainless steel tanks for 10 days, followed by 3 months of lees contact.
Straw-yellow in colour with elegant aromas of ripe fruit with spicy hints followed by herbal notes. Elegant, with a round mouthfeel and lingering minerality on the finish.
