After carefully selecting the Tempranillo, Mazuelo and Graciano grapes, the fermentation was for 10 days, with skin contact maceration for 20 days. The wine underwent malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 2 years in American oak barrels with 5% aged in French oak, followed by 12 months of bottle aging prior to release.
A deep red cherry colour with intense aromas of ripe fruit, toast, toffee and spices that follow through on the palate. Balanced with velvety tannins and excellent length.
