Made from 100% Bobal, a dark-skinned grape variety which produces deep coloured red wines. The grapes were cool temperature macerated, then fermented with an added malolactic fermentation. Barrel aged in French and American oak for 9 months.
Deep cherry red colour with intense aromas of cherry, blackberry and red currants, accompanied by notes of vanilla, against a toasted and spicy backdrop. The mouthfeel is fresh, fruity with smooth tannins.
