‘Semi-crianza’ refers to wines that are aged less than 12 months in barrel. This is a beautiful example! After 3 days of skin contact maceration, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation. Barrel aged for 6 months, this wine showcases fresh bright flavours.
Cherry colour of medium intensity. The very attractive aromas and flavours are red and black fruit with licorice notes, enveloped by drying tannins. A bright wine with a clean finish.
