This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks, follow by malolactic fermentation in oak barrels.
The colour is deep ruby with aromas of blackcurrant and spice, followed by delicate notes of vanilla. The palate has good structure and is full-bodied with generous flavours of black and red fruit and spices with velvety tannins. The fruit and spice flavours linger on the finish.
