Red Mencia grapes, an indigenous variety, were hand-picked from old bush vines. Prior to fermentation the grapes were cold macerated for 8 hours and then fermented in stainless steel tanks to give the wine its fresh lift and retain the fruit flavours.
Pale pink and made from free-run juice, this wine has a wonderfully fragrant aroma. Ripe red fruit and citrus flavours combine with herbal and mineral notes to give this dry rosé a fresh lift and a refreshing finish.
