Produced from Garganega grapes from the Garda (D.O.C.) appellation, which is part of the Veneto region, the grapes were cold macerated, with natural fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C. After a second fermentation in pressurized stainless steel tanks for three months, the bubbles are created to dance in the glass.
