RinQuinQuin means ‘a refreshing drink’ in Provençal. It is made by infusing sweet peaches in a 100 proof neutral spirit. The results are mixed with white wine, essential oils of citrus and sugar.
Enticing peach aromas with hints of herbs and spice. Flavours of ripe peaches, dry white wine, with a vermouth-like complexity. Peaches with fresh acidity linger on the finish.
Serve as a delicate aperitif chilled or over ice, or in a cocktail.
