A pisco distilled strictly from Quebranta grapes is known as the “Puro de Ica” (the Pure of Ica). This grape varietal produces piscos that are intense and complex. The berries are predominately red but the colour varies throughout the bunch, with some berries even appearing yellow-greenish in tint. Despite the green colouring, they are still ripe for picking when the rest of the bunch is ready.
Highly aromatic of exotic fruit with a soft mouthfeel. Flavours of tropical mango and orange blossoms, passion fruit and a hint of raisins caress the palate.
