Building on the success of the classic Can Xa is this sparkling Rosé. Selected grapes undergo a maceration of 8 hours in order to extract the maximum flavour and colour from the skins. The second slow fermentation takes place 10 metres underground in the cellars.
An appealing pink colour with bright aromas of strawberry, pomegranate and currants. Flavours of biscuit, citrus fruit and wild berries are supported with bright acidity and small, persistent bubbles.
