Harvested from approximately 30 year old vines, the grapes were cold macerated and fermented for 7 to 8 days. Malolactic fermentation followed in stainless steel tanks followed by one month in oak barrels.
80% Monastrell, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Syrah, this is a gentle reminder of the power and finesse of old vines. Simple and simply wonderful to enjoy.
An intense red colour with a violet rim. Expressive notes of fresh red and black fruit of blackberry and plums. Soft, fruit forward, fresh and very well balanced.
