Chilean Wine Pioneer Julio Bouchon
June 17 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm$25
When Chilean Winery J. Bouchon pioneered wine making with the Pais or Mission grape, little did they know a revolution was born. Hand harvested from century old, dry farmed vines Bouchon’s Pais Salvaje has earned 90 and 91 point acclaim from top reviewers James Suckling, Robert Parker and Tim Atkin, MW. Never one to rest on success, third generation winery president Julio Bouchon has forged ahead with a series of wines–Semillon, Carignan, and others–that will redefine your impression of wines from Chile.
Join Julio for an informal, open-house tasting from 5-7 pm of seven of his wines at Nuit Social. We will taste six wines from Bouchon, paired with Nuit Social’s celebrated charcuterie.
All wines will be available for purchase. Limited to 25 tickets.
