Hacienda La Caravedo is the oldest working distillery in the Americas and was established in 1684 in Ica, Peru. Developed by Master Distiller Johnny Schuler, the foremost world-renowned pisco expert, La Caravedo is dedicated to artisanal craftsmanship, environmental stewardship and honouring centuries of Peruvian heritage.
Peruvian pisco must be produced in small batches using copper pot stills and without any wood aging or additives of any kind. As it the case with all Peruvian piscos, this is distilled to proof without any water added at any point.
These are pisco puros, made entirely from only the finest, estate grown grapes, and are a distinctive addition to any cocktail.
