Every picture tells a story. So does every wine. In the case of Ontario star winery Colaneri, they do both. Just into their fourth vintage, Colaneri was recently named the 13th Best Winery in Canada by Wine Access magazine.

Winemaker Andrezej Lipinski is making bold, innovative, and always eye-opening wines using the traditional Veneto-style of Appassimento. Grapes are dried in 40 foot tobacco kilns yielding fruit flavours and texutures rarely tasted before from the Niagara region.

Colaneri is both a testament to the tight knit family ethic of the principals and a pioneering effort to bring VQA wines into the spotlight in new and refreshing ways. Azureau is most honored to represent this winery and we look forward to many years of success as Colaneri grows and continues to impress.
