Bolmida and family lovingly work the land, with frequent tilling to ensure proper oxygenation and special attention paid to leaves and shoots to deliver the best possible photosynthesis. The grapes are hand-picked and the Bolmida family is committed to long fermentation to get the most flavour out of the grapeskins.
